This week Zurc Brauhaus the Coamo based brewery will be releasing their latest creation Zurcator.
Zurcator is a Doppelbock Style Beer typically brewed in Spring in Germany.. Zurc originally brewed Zurcator back in 2020 and Master Brewer Juan Cruz said it was “very dark and roasted”. For the 2023 version of Zurcator Juan said that he did “many things differently and better inspired by the monks of Germany some 500 years ago”.
Zurcator is a medium bodied malty smooth refreshing Dopplebock that should be available this week at craft beer spots around the island, that usually serve Zurc beers.
