Snake Island Brewing Co. a nano brewery based in Toa Alta, Puerto Rico began their operation in earnest at the beginning of 2022. What began as a hobby back inn 2013 has turned into a fully fledged nano brewery for owners and master brewers Waldemar Robles & Brenda Ramirez.
Snake Island Brewing Co. philosophy is to produce beers that will suit the Puerto Rican climate and utilize and experiment with locally grown ingredients.

Hibiscus Lei – Blonde Ale (4.4% ABV, 22 IBU)
A blonde ale infused with lemon peel and hibiscus flowers. The beer is refreshing, slightly bitter with a touch of sourness

Del Patio Harvest Ale (7% ABV, 32 IBU)
This is a yearly experimental beer that is brewed with seasonal ingredients that will change based on availability at the beginning of the year. The 2022 version was brewed with Lychee harvested from Adjuntas in Puerto Rico
