Señorial Brewing Co. based in Ponce, became the first brewery in the south of the island when they started production in 2013. Master brewer Luis Roidriguez produces several beer styles and in 2022 they partnered with local distributors Mave Inc allowing their beers to be available to a wider audience in Puerto Rico

La Ceiba – American Style IPA (7.5% ABV, 75 IBU)
La Ceiba combines “the best of old school hops with new variations:” that give the beer flkavors of citrus and tropical fruits, This is the first IPA that Senorial produced and it is a solid IPA.

Señorial Brewing Co. Yearly Production & Taproom
The majority of the beers are available on draft / tap only at various craft beer spots around the island with the occasional beer available in bottles in limited quantity.
Currently there is no tap room but on occasions they open their doors for growler fills.
