SaiSunset is crafted with papaya added during the “whirlpool” phase at the end of the “boil,” enhancing its tropical essence. Featuring Barbe Rouge, Saaz, and Callista hops, this brew achieves a harmonious balance of malt, fruit, and a touch of bitterness. Munich Malts and Caramel (60L) contribute to its rich, papaya-like color, making every sip a delightful experience.
SaiSunset has a light body with a deceptive level of alcohol at 6.9% ABV.
