Rincón Beer Co.

Rincón Beer Co. is a nano brewery operating out of the heart of downtown Rincon since 2018. They currently produce draft beers at their small Rincón brewery and contract brew their canned versions with Miramar Brewing (Old Harbor Brewing) in Carolina. Their brewery in the towns main Plaza is also their Tap Room serving Rincón Beer Co, beers along with local PR beers.

Rincón Beer Co, Year Round Beers

Overhead IPA (8.2% ABV, 61 IBU)

Overhead IPA is brewed with Citra, Dorado and Amarillo Hops along with 2-Row and Munich Malts. Aroma is earthy pine and taste is malty with a touch of sweetness with a well balanced bitterness.

Sandy Blonde Ale (5% ABV, 22 IBU)

Rincon Beer Co. says that Sandy Blonde “is not your typical light Blonde Ale.” It is brewed with Munich and Vienna Malts and is a crips and refreshing beer.

Bravata Summer IPA (4.7% ABV, 26 IBU)

Bravata is brewed with Amarillo, El Dorado and Mosaic Hops and has aromas and taste of of citrus and tropical fruits. It is well balanced and clean beer and very very crushable.

Rincón Beer Co. Production and Taproom

Rincón Beer Co. produce approximately 2.5 BBLs monthly from their inhouse system and over at Miramar Brewing they are produces around 40 – 80 BBLs in can format. 

Their taproom / bar  has 16 Taps along with a varied selection of cans / bottles of craft beer. They also offer a full food menu.

Rincón Beer Co. is open Mon (4pm – Midnight), Tue & Wed (4 – 11pm), Thur (4pm – Midnight), Fri – Sun (Noon – Midnight).
