Canning Production Starts
This week Reina Mora Brewing Co. in Sabana Grande began their new canning line. Previously cans had only been available directly from the brewery on Saturdays. This new operation will allow Reina Mora to distribute their beers to more establishments around the island and to spots that currently do not have the option to offer draft beers.
Their first beer to be canned on the new line will be their La Pajarita Blonde Beer.
In addition to La Pajarita, Reina Mora Brewing are releasing a new beer that will only be available in cans around the island, though it will be available on draft at the brewery, when their taproom is open.
This new beer is a SMASH (Single Malt, Single Hope) beer brewed with Goldpils Vienna Malt and Azacca Hops, which they are calling Todos.
Anniversary Beer
In addition to their new canning line, Reina Mora Brewing are releasing an Anniversary Beer called Bembé. The plan to make this a flexible style in order to produce something special and different each year.
This year Bembé will be a Double Dry Hopped New England IPA with a spectacular intensity and aroma.
To celebrate their anniversary and the launch of Bembé their will be a special launch at Reina Mora Brewing Co. on Saturday September 24, 2022 with live music and great craft beer
