The original Old Harbor Brewery began its operation in 1996 in Old San Juan and in 2017 they moved to a new brewing facility in Carolina. In 2022 Miramar Brewing Co. acquired Old Harbor Brewery and continues to produce all of the popular Old Harbor beers, along with several new beers. The brewery in Carolina is able to produce draft, cans and bottled beer formats. They also contract brew for several local Puerto Rican Breweries.
The Carolina location not only houses Old Harbor’s brewery but also the recently reopened Taproom.
