Several new tenants were announced by the San Patricio Plaza management team for its new retail, gastronomic and entertainment concept; The Square
Ocean Lab Brewing Co, will occupy the largest space in The Square with their 8, 500 square foot area. Ocean Labs concept will include a brewery, bar, restaurant, music stage and retail shop. The design will too visitors to see the brewing process while enjoying Ocean Labs finest craft beers.
The bar area will overlook the brewing tanks and will have space for 50 people, The restaurant will offer a full menu, while live music will be presented on their stage. The retail shop will offer Ocean Lab merchandise just like their Isla Verde location, including: lasses, hats, beer bottles and more
The Stage @ San Patricio Plaza is scheduled to be operational during the first quarter of 2023
