Ocean Lab Brewing Co. hace teamed up with Dragon Stone Abbey to produce a “Beer to Celebrate the Art of Craft Brewing”. The result is Ocean Dragon Roll A Japanese Saison.
Ocean lab says that Ocean Dragon Roll is “a beer crafted to take your taste buds on an extraordinary global journey! With meticulous attention, we have gathered the finest ingredients from various corners of the world, resulting in an unparalleled brew that is truly one-of-a-kind”.
For Ocean Dragon Roll the brewers blended Belgian Saison and Japanese Sake yeast strains and enhanced the complexity by incorporating sushi rice into the brewing process, to pay homage to sushi.
