9 months after Hurricane Maria craft beer lovers in Puerto Rico can once again enjoy the beers from North Coast Brewing Co.
Based on a Facebook post from La Taberna Lupulo, Ballester Hemanos Inc have managed to get their hands on a good selection of North Coast’s beers, which you should be able to find around the island
Scrimshaw
Scrimshaw is a Pilsner style beer brewed using traditional European methods utilising Munich malt and Hallertauer and Tettnang hops. The beer has a subtle hop character, a crisp, clean palate, and a dry finish.
Scrimshaw has an ABV of 4.7% and an IBU of 22
Blue Star
Blue Star is a Wheat Beer made from American barley and wheat malts that are combined with a mixture of noble hops, that come together to produce a beer that is light, fruity and refreshing. Blue Star is unfiltered, the yeast adding a complex note to the flavor profile.
