Birriola the Ponce based craft beer spot have just released their 4th beer in their Masasamba Series: Masasamba Guanabana Tropical Lager.
Masasamba Guanabana Tropical Lager is a collaboration with Reina Mora Brewing Co. from Sabana Grande. Reina Mora have taken a Lager base brewed with Idaho 7 and Simcoe to produce a Tropical Aroma, and then added local Guanabana from Ponce in the secondary.
Reina Mora says that Masasamba Guanabana Tropical “is extremely fresh drinking with a touch of sweet at the end that clearly comes from the Guanabana”.
Masasamba Guanabana Tropical has an ABV of 5.5% and is available now at Birriola in Ponce, El Tap in San Juan and Reina Mora Brewing Co, in Sabana Grande.
