This week FOK Brewing Co are releasing the first West Coast Pilsner made commercially in Puerto Rico: LIBERTÁ
LIBERTÁ is the brainchild of Master Brewer Víctor Arocho and when FOK heard he wanted to create this beer, they didn’t think twice.
LIBERTÁ has a ABV of 5.9% and 30 IBU’s. FOK says that the aroma “is an explosion of Tropical Fruits, Citrus and Pine from Strata Hops. It is a beer that has a clear and bright appearance with a subtle malt sweetness that supports the hop flavors without overwhelming them.”.
LIBERTÁ will be available this Thursday May 4 at FOK Brewing Co. in Caguas. If you can not make it to FOK, LIBERTÁ will also be available at La Revuelta (Caguas), El Tap (San Juan) and El Callejón (Old San Juan).
Expect LIBERTÁ to be available in more craft beer spots around the island following its release.
FOK Brewing Co is loacted at Express 30, exit 4, Highway 189 (near the University of Turabo. In front of Jardín el Patio, old Piezas Extras building)
