Just in time for St Patrick’s Day, Ocean Lab Brewing Co. have released their latest Experimental Series beer. Batch No. 19 is Irish Luck an Irish Red Ale.
Irish Luck is brewed with EKG Hops and Irish Ale Yeast that produces notes of Caramel, Toasted Malts and Toffee. It has an ABV of 4-6% and an IBU of 24.
Ocean Lab Brewing Co says that “this style is known for its unique malt flavor and notes of caramel and toast. It is a well balanced beer, with a low bitterness and alcohol content. It is made to be enjoyed quietly and without haste”.
Irish Luck is available from today at Ocean Lab Brewing Co in limited quantities.
