The guys at Founders have not announced everything for 2018 as they want to keep a few things up their sleeves, but here is what they have announced.
- Breakfast Stout and Backwoods Bastard will be available year-round. Breakfast Stout should be available without a break in availability into the New Year, while Backwoods Bastard should be available from April
- Double Trouble Returns in May 2018.
- Launching a brand new taproom carryout series called the “Mothership Series.” These beers will range from classics like the inaugural release, Red’s Rye IPA, to experimental new styles. Only available for carryout in 6-pack bottles at our taproom locations.
- Saying goodbye to some favorites, like Imperial Stout, Curmudgeon and reDANKulous although it may not be forever as they bring back old favorites all the time!
- Green Zebra was such a hit it is back for 2018. This gose-style ale brewed with watermelon and sea salt was named one of VinePair’s 50 best beers of 2017!
- The Barrel-Aged Series returns and will have four new releases that will be announced throughout the year.
- It’s not indicated on the calendar, but Solid Gold, All Day IPA, Rubaeus and all seasonal beers, including Mosaic Promise, Azacca IPA and PC Pils, will be available in in 6-pack cans.
