The Ponce Carnvial starts today and to mark the occasion Birriola have launched a special edition of their popular house beer: Cucubano Carnaval Sessional IPA.
Cucubano Carnaval Sessional IPA is brewed with unique blend of Wheat, Oats, a new Yeast blend and Strata, Idaho7 and Amarillo Hops. Birrioloa says “Cucubano Carnaval is a super drinkable, tropical and a rich delight.”
It has an ABV of 6.5% and will be available from Monday February 5th at Birriola. Doors open at 6pm and the kitchen closes at 10pm.
