Singing Storm Beer Works has just announced that their latest beer; Cocoquí Coconut Cream Ale, will be arriving on the island shortly.
Singining Storm Beer Works have contracted with Florida based Prison Pals Brewing Co. to produce Cocoquí Coconut Cream Ale and the result is a beer that will be perfect for the hot summer to come.
Cocoqui is brewed with two malts; Pale Malt and Flaked Corn, along with Cryo Sabro Hops and the addition of Coconut Cream. Singing Storm says that the beer has a “clean coconut flavor and aroma, pours a straw color with light bitterness and is a light refreshing thirst quencher”.
Cocoquí Coconut Cream Ale has an ABV of 5.5% and 17 IBUs. It should be available in Puerto Rico around the middle of June.
