Cervecería Takabru the microbrewery with a self-service tap wall at their brewery and taproom in Guaynabo, have just announced have that their beers will now be available in cans at Freshmart stores across Puerto Rico.
I am not sure how long Cervecería Takabru have been producing their beers in cans but for folks looking to try their beers this is great news.
Initially Cervecería Takabru will have two of their beers for sale in can format at Freshmart:
Cervecería Takabru IPA (5% ABV)
This beer pours a soft coppery hue, with aromas of Citrus, Grapefruit and Ripe Tropical Fruit, along with a clear and persistent aroma of hops. The beer has a light body with an intense, rich bitterness.
Cervecería Takabru Blonde Ale (4.3% ABV)
This beer pours slightly golden color, with a fruity aroma of Citrus, Pineapple and Lemon. The taste is simple with a Malty flavor with a slight final note of resin and herbs.
