Cañon Blanco is an experimental Double White IPA brewed with a wheat base and fermented with “Belgian” yeast to give it the characteristics of Belgian Whites. White grapefruit peel from the Utuado mountains was substituted for a portion of the hops to generate the characteristic bitterness and recreate the IPA-style palate experience.
Cañon Blanco comes in at 8% ABV and has a rich flavor that REBL Brewery hopes will make this one of your favorite beers.
