Bubbly, dry, crisp, and refreshing, New Belgium‘s Brut IPA is inspired by their favorite sparkling wines. With hints of tropical fruits and champagne, this effervescent brew is the perfect cheers to the New Year.
Brut IPA is made with Ale Yeast, Huell Melon, Nelson Savin, Azzaca, Citra, Amarillo Hops and Pale, Pilsner Malts. The beer pours a straw color with a bright clarity and thick white foam and strong lacing. With lemon and grapefruit aromas along with moderate white wine and herbal tea the taste starts slightly sweet, moves to a slight bitter middle and ends with a very slight bitterness.
Effervescent, with moderate astringency in the middle and finish, and has a very light body.
