I know it is still November but Brooklyn Brewery have just announced their Christmas Box Set and a couple of other beers, so I took the liberty of using Christmas for the first time this year.
Winter Lager
Brooklyn Brewery’s Winter Lager takes their schwarzbier-inspired black lager and wraps it in a new jacket. Roasty malts, dark bread, and chocolate pack into a 5.6% ABV frame that finishes surprisingly light and pleasantly dry. It’s just what you need for braving the elements, or grabbing another blanket.

Hops: Summit, Hallertauer Mittelfrueh, Amarillo, Centennial

Black Chocolate Stout
Brewmaster Garrett Oliver’s masterpiece commands respect, harnessing rich malts and multiple mashes to call forth waves of rich dark chocolate and a pleasantly warming edge. Plus, as our old saying goes, when Black Chocolate Stout emerges, Black Ops can’t be far behind. If it existed.

Additions: Contains wheat
