REBL Brewery have just announced the release of a new version of their Bouquet beer: Bouquet Puertorrican Cream Ale. This newest version eludes to spring time here in Puerto Rico.
REBL havce taken the grain bill, fermentation, and conditioning typical of the Cream Ale style as the base to create a light-bodied, balanced, and easy-to-drink beer. To give the beer a more tropical-Boricua “approach”, they infused it with a “bosque” of flavors and aromas of the flora of Puerto Rico using edible flowers through the “no-chill method”. In addition, the hops of bitterness were replaced by the addition of rose petals during the mash to generate a subtle bitterness.
Bouquet Puertorrican Cream Ale is made 100% in the Utuado mountains in collaboration with Puerto Rican farmers using sustainable practices.
