This past week The Aviator’s Brewery based in San Lorenzo started distributing their beers, to become the latest brewery to join the Puerto Rico Craft Beer Scene.
This has been a long haul for The Aviator’s Brewery Master Brewer Charles Peterson, whose 25 year dream has finally come to fruition after the long process of obtaining investment and 3-4 years of obtaining the permits required to brew and sell beer here in Puerto Rico
Currently The Aviator’s Brewery has two beers available in bars around the island:
Zapote-ton,is a Witbeir
Rotor-Hefe, is a Hefeweizen
Coming soon will be Gallo Pinto Red Ale, with more seasonal beers later in the year.
On Saturday February 16, there will be a special event at Birriola in Ponce; The Aviator;s Welcome Weekend, where you will be able to meet and greet Charles and try a glass or two of his beers.
