Ingeniero Microbrewery the Manati based brewery just announced the release of their latest beer “Glitch Daddy, an American Style Strong Ale“, which Xabriel Ortiz describes as “Something Old but New at the same time.”
Xabriel says that “this is the first recipe I created when I started the brewery but it became “Son of a Glitch” Pale Ale by accident.”
This weekend it will be released as Glitch Daddy American Style Strong Ale with Fruity / Citric flavors and Biscuit / Malt Undertones.
Glitch Daddy has an ABV of 7.6% and 55 IBUs and will be available on draft at craft beer spots that typically serve Ingeniero beers.
