The latest beer from Boqueron Brewing Co. is a twist on their Carnival IPA. This latest iteration: Carnival Imperial IPA 2024 Pink Boots Society Edition is dedicated to the Pink Boots Society who support and promote women and non-binary gender people in the fermented and beverage industry, through education.
For Carnival Imperial IPA 2024 Pink Boots Society Edition, Boqueron used a single hop Comet in the preparation and they added Yakima Chief Pink Boots Blend during the fermentation. The beer is brewed in the Boqueron Brewing Co style with the use of English (Maris Otter), American (Wheat) and German (Vienna) Malts.
Boqueron says that the result is “a liquid with sweet bread flavors that combines/balances perfectly with the floral aromas and fruity flavors of the hops.”
Carnival Imperial IPA 2024 Pink Boots Society Edition has an ABV of 7.5% with 35-40 IBUs. It will be available this weekend at Boqueron Brewing Co. Tap Room.
