The second Saturday in December will now be known as el Día Nacional de la Cerveza Puertorriqueña / National Puerto Rican Beer Day. A move organized by ‘Craft Beer Generation’ and backed by a large section of the Puerto Rican Craft Beer industry.
For 2023, December 9 will be el Día Nacional de la Cerveza Puertorriqueña / National Puerto Rican Beer Day.
This is a day when all craft beer lovers in Puerto Rico can show their support by visiting a lopcal brewery tap room, attend one of the special Puerto Rico Beer Week events, raising a glass or two of Puerto Rican Craft Beers and just saying thanks to the hardworking folk who bring us the amazing variety of craft beers here in Puerto Rico.
Taprooms you can visit include: Old Harbor Brewery (Carolina), Ocean Lab Brewing Co. (Carolina), Lupulos Hermanos (Carolina), Dragon Stone Abbey (Rio Grande), Reina Mora Brewing Co. (Sabana Grande), Rincon Brewing Co. (Rincon), Box lab Brewing Co (Aguadilla), Cacique Brewing (Orocovis), Cold Blood Brewing (Quebradillas), Cervecería del Callejón (Old San Juan), Papa Rupe Brewing (Ponce) and FOK Brewing Co (Caguas).
National Puerto Rican Beer Day is the culmination of Puerto Rico Beer Week that runs from December 2 – 9, 2023.
