Pura Vida Brewery, the Cabo Rojo based microbrewery have just released a seasonal beer: POTPOURRI British Golden Ale.
Pura Vida says “An idea that was born in uncertain times, where the island’s socio-political problems, combined with the pandemic and some natural disasters, clouded our vision and the opening of Pura Vida Brewery felt increasingly distant. Despite this, we decided to flourish no matter how many times we had already tried… And in that process, a recipe also emerged”.
POTPOURRI British Golden Ale has a light-body with some very delicate flavors and aromas imparted by the infusion of locally grown flowers and herbs, and the addition of English hops that givs this beer an earthy touch.
