Lúpulos Hermanos have just released their latest beer: Ambilicious Belgian Amber Ale.
Master Brewer William Norris set out to showcase a harmonious blend of specialty malts, including Pilsner, Maris Otter, German Munich, and Melanoidin. The result; Ambilicious, that has delightful nutty notes that is sure to captivate the senses.
William says that “Ambilicious undergoes a carefully crafted fermentation process, accentuating phenolic characteristics reminiscent of exotic spices like anise. These unique flavors add an intriguing twist to the beer’s profile, making every sip a delightful exploration of taste”.
The beer has gone through a patient conditioning period that has allowed the flavors to meld and mature resulting in a fully rounded beer
