Looks like we have two new announcements in one here, with the news that Alba Biergarten, the popular craft beer spot in Villalba has joined the growing craft brewery scene in Puerto Rico with their own brewery; Alba Biergarten Brewing Co. Their first beer release is TAU Hazy IPA.
Alba Biergarten says that TAU Hazy IPA “was born from the passion for good beer and is inspired by the freshness of the Rocio del Alba at dawn in the mountains of Villalba”.
TAU Hazy IPA is brewed locally with the help of Utuado based REBL Brewery. They have used a base of Barley, Wheat and Oats and dosed with a “Double Dry Hop” giving the beer an intense character, that is well balanced with a juicy flavor that makes it very drinkable.
Alba Biergarten says “The combination of Hops provides a different character to this beer, where herbal flavors and aromas predominate combined with fruits and citrus flavors for a unique experience on the palate”.
TAU Hazy IPA has an ABV of 6.2% and 20IBUs and will be available exclusively on draft at Alba Biergarten in Villalba.
