Brew Taller Experimental the sister brewery to Dragon Stone Abbey Brewery in Rio Grande have just released their very first vegan beer: GAIA American Pale Ale.
For this beer Brew Taller Experimental do not use any clarifiers or ingredients derived from Animals. GAIA is brewed with Barley, three types of Hops and yeast that is typically used in Brut IPA. There is also the addition of Beetroot and Hibiscus during the brew.
Brew Taller says that GAIA is “an earthy dry beer with an ABV of 8%”.
