The folks at REBL Brewery in Utuado have released a new variation on their HOGAZA beer series with HOGAZA Puerto Rican Wheat Ale, this time brewed with Pana (Breadfruit) that was transformed into bread
The HOGAZA beer series, is brewed to highlight how bread that would usually go to waste can be used to produce beer, For this version of HOGAZA, REBL joined with local Puerto Rican company EntrePanas who transform the Panapen into flour to make high quality gluten free bread. REBL took some of this to create a Puerto Rican Wheat Ale with an ABV of 6%
HOGAZA Puerto Rican Wheat Ale should be available soon at Craft Beer Spots that typically server REBL Brewery beers.
