This Friday March 10, Boxlab Brewing Co. will be releasing their latest beer a collaboration with Inkblot Coffee Co. based in Arecibo, PR: Barricada an IPA with Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee.
For this particular beer, Boxlab used oats and wheat with Centennial Hops and Dry Hopped this with Citra. The Coffee Beans are 100 % Arabica harvested in Utuado, PR. These beans were barrel aged for one month in Bourbon barrels and Boxlab used 1lb of coffee per BBL.
Barricada has an ABV of 6% and will be available this Friday March 10 at The Beer Box (Boxlabs Taproom) in Aguadilla. You will also be able to find Barricada at Al Lado in Arecibo this Saturday
