Confidential Pale Ale is the latest creation from Lupulos Hermanos and as William Norris says “the name is a sarcastic joke, as all recipes are avaioable to Home Brewers who want to create them at home. At Lupulos Hermanos and Caribbean Brewing there are no secrets”.
Confidential Pale Ale is brewed with a blend of Pilsner and Maris Otter Malts as its base, with White Wheat and a restricted amount of Caramel Malt for color adjustment only. Aroma hopes used are Loral and Talus with Warrior used for bittering.
Confidential Pale Ale has an ABV of 5.8% and 37 IBU’s and it is available now at Lupulos Hermanos Taproom in Carolina
