Blonde Ambition from Lupulos Hermanos is a Belgian Blonde based on one the very first beers formulated by William Norris for homebrewers, 10 years ago.
The idea behind the beer was to produce a great tasting beer that was easy to brew for newcomers to home brewing and it is inspired by the Leffe Blond from Belgium
The 2023 version of Blonde Ambition has been adapted to an all grain brew using authentic Belgium Monastery Ale Yeast from White Labs.
William Norris says that Blonde Ambition “is a simple easy to drink beer with the yeast as the protagonist, that gives the beer an authentic and memorable character”.
Blonde Ambition has an ABV of 5.8% and is available now at Lupulos Hermanos Taproom in Carolina
