Ale Foundry Beer Projects is a contract brewery in Puerto Rico operated by Arturo Ferrer; a founding member of the Homebrewers de Puerto Rico Club.
Arturor is a Graphic Designer by day and the Master Brewer and label designer at Ale Foundry, when not doing his day job. Arturo has been homebrewing since 2008 and in 2022 he made the jump to commercialize his passion and formed Ale Foundry Beer Projects.
Currently Ale Foundry are brewing their beers over in Florida at Prison Pals Brewing Co. and produced their first batch of Tropical London, a Hazy IPA in July 2022 and a second batch should be arriving in Puerto Rico at the end of November 2022.
Ale Foundry Year Round Beers
Tropical London – Hazy IPA (6% ABV, 34 IBU)
Tropical London is a Hazy IPA brewed with Mosaic, Citra and Idaho Gem Hops that gives the beer a piny, citrusy dank taste. The mouthfeel is dry with a subtle sweet finish
