Carimbo Imperial Stout is the latest release from Ingeniero Microbrewery based in Manati, Puerto Rico
Carimbo is an Imperial Stout that has been aged on Bourbon Barrel Oak Chips and it features Mexican Vanilla and Puerto Rican Cacao Nibs. Ingeniero Microbrewery says that the beer is “characterized by strong tannins and a roasty character that is balanced by the sweet vanilla notes. Carimbo delivers a punch as expected from its 11% ABV and 56 IBU’s”.
Carimbo Imperial Stout is a limited annual release that will be available in an Ingeniero reusable growler with the Carimbo design.
Carimbo is already appearing in select craft beer establishments around the island; so go grab one while you can.
