El Vato Mexican Kolsch with Blue Agave is the latest release from Snake Island Brewing Co. based in Toa Alta. For this release they have produced a hybrid beer of two styles; a Mexican Lager with blood corn in the mash that produces a sweet aftertaste and Kolsch Yeast that brings a subtle floral and fruity character. The addition of Blue Agave also contributes to the sweet taste.

El Vato Mexican Kolsch should be available the second week of November in draft format only. El Vato will be added to Snake Island Brewing Co. year round portfolio.
