Boquerón Brewing Co distributed by V. Suárez won GOLD, SILVER and BRONZE MEDALS at prestigious global beer competitions.
The local brand of craft beers, Boquerón Brewing was recognized with a gold medal at the Los Angeles International Competition; an annual competition founded in 2000. In addition to this prestigious recognition they won bronze and silver at the New York International Beer Competition, a competition that is in its ninth year, where more than 600 beer brands from more than 14 different countries participated.
The beer industry continues to develop exponentially worldwide and Puerto Rico is no exception. In fact, the category of local craft beers has increased significantly on the Island, giving Boquerón the opportunity to position itself as one of the favorites among Puerto Ricans.
Boquerón Brewing, a locally and internationally recognized brand, is part of the educational platform, Craft Beer Academy. It was established in 2012 with the commitment to educate craft beer fans with an extensive calendar of activities.
