About 1 month ago Lúpulos Hermanos the Carolina based microbrewery released 2 Minutes To Midnight Black IPA. Although it received favorable reviews Master Brewer William Norris was not totally happy with the beer, so they set out to make it even better.
This weekend you will be able to try version 2 of 2 Minutes To Midnight Black IPA at their brewery in Carolina.
2 Minutes 2 Midnight is a typical IPA that has been brewed with darker malts that not only bring the color but also adds hints of roasted, toasty caramel. This combined with a heavy dosing of hops helps create this unique beer.
For this version Lúpulos Hermanos used a different technique in the mashing process which brought the beer to the spot that they were looking for. : William says “it is a pitch black IPA with less roasted character that we are very satisfied with”.
2 Minutes To Midnight Black IPA has an ABV of 7.2% and 65 IBU’s and you can grab some this weekend at Lúpulos Hermanos in Carolina
